Weston Moran

Colorado Springs native Wes Moran moved back to the area to start his real estate career. After graduating from Coronado High School, Wes attended CU-Boulder where he received a BA in Finance and a MS in Real Estate. During his time at CU, Wes was the Finance leader for the Solar Decathlon, where he helped design and build a home in Fraser, Colorado, that was net-zero and affordable for mountain towns. His team won the 2 year competition against 18 other colleges around the world. Wes has remodeled numerous homes and thanks to his masters degree has extensive knowledge in construction and the real estate process. He also has experience in accounting, marketing, technology; leveraging all these skills to make Good Home Renovations operate as efficiently as possible. Currently residing in Shooks Run of Colorado Springs with his fiancée, dog, and cat, he enjoys the Colorado Sunshine as much as possible. In his free time, Wes can be caught on the golf course, the ski slopes, or spending time with friends.
